Regulations governing outdoor concerts in Ireland are unfortunately very rigid … Short-term options here now are an emergency change to the statutory instrument or to bring a judicial review to challenge the local authority decision. This firm had made written submissions to the Department of Environment 6 years ago (after representing clients in a well-publicised case) to allow for a right of appeal in certain circumstances. Our proposed reform was regrettably not taken on board. See further link below:
